Ewes and lambs grazing
Why pasture

Made to graze and browse.

On pasture, sheep and goats move, pick what they like and grow at their own pace. We think that shows up on the plate.

A whole lamb or goat, your way.

A whole dressed goat carcass

Whole, in one piece

Skinned and dressed, left whole for your roast, barbacoa or celebration.

A vacuum-sealed rack of lamb

Custom cut & wrapped

We call a few days before processing to walk through your cut sheet. No extra charge.

Pick a size

Choose your dressed-size preference when you reserve. Animals vary, so the processor's hanging weight sets the final bill.

Get it

Pickup or our delivery route. We don't ship lamb or goat. Deposits, delivery and shipping are non-refundable.

Good to know.

Is hanging weight what I take home?

No. Breed, age, trimming and your cuts change the take-home weight. The size you pick is the dressed animal, not boneless pounds.
