Lamb Freezer Box, Stew or Ground

Pasture-raised lamb from our ranch, processed one animal at a time by a local, family-owned USDA-inspected facility. Choose bone-in stew, boneless stew, or ground lamb.

Bone-in stew: $16/lb. A 10 lb box is $160; a 20 lb box is $320.

Boneless stew or ground lamb: $18/lb. A 10 lb box is $180; a 20 lb box is $360. Final box-size availability is confirmed before payment.

Standard and halal options are available. These are cut-specific boxes, not an unspecified mixture of all three cuts. Packaged weight includes the bone in bone-in cuts. Choose pickup, Ranch Route or shipping at checkout.

Shipping: We ship frozen, FedEx 2Day, in an insulated cooler with dry ice, to the lower 48 states. Boxes go out Monday and Tuesday only, so they don't sit in transit over a weekend. Shipping is based on your region and the total weight of your order, and includes $35 per cooler for packaging and dry ice. Orders over 35 lb ship in two coolers. For orders over 70 lb, text us. When your box arrives, move the meat straight to the freezer, and don't handle dry ice with bare hands.

We process once a month so it may take up to three weeks to ship. If you have an urgent deadline, text us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Farm availability can change. Products may be substituted based on farm availability, but a materially different cut, species, or non-halal substitute for a halal order requires your agreement.
