Three quarters. $1,850 each. That is the full price, not a deposit.

This beef hung 200 lb a quarter. $9.25 a pound, hanging weight, processing included. No separate processor bill. Take-home is about 110 to 130 lb. That is an estimate, not the billed weight.

Processed October 6. Ready around October 27. The cuts are already set. This quarter includes a standing rib roast of 3 to 4 ribs.
