We pick the cuts for the shipped box: more premium cuts, less ground beef, and no extra soup bones or organs. It ships frozen in insulated packaging to the lower 48 and DC, West Coast included, with no extra shipping charge. This is the full price, not a deposit, and there's no hanging-weight adjustment.

We book you on the next open processing date. Your beef ships after processing, once it's cut, wrapped and frozen, and we'll email you before it goes out.
