By-the-Pound Beef Share Reservation

Reservation deposit for one share of a single beef animal, grass-fed and grass-finished, never mixed with other animals. We book you on the next open processing date. Final price is based on your beef's actual hanging weight: quarter $9.25/lb, half $8.75/lb, whole $8.25/lb. Your deposit comes off the final invoice.

The processing date is not the pickup date. Beef is ready a few weeks after processing, and we contact you when it is.
