Quarter Beef Deposit
A quarter beef is approximately 140 to 160 lbs hanging weight. You fill out a cut sheet to choose your cuts. For a quarter beef, you will need approximately 5-6 cubic feet of freezer space.
Your deposit today secures your order for the next processing date we have available. We process beef monthly. You will be sent an invoice for the balance of your beef once we receive the hanging weight from the processor and it will be due before beef is DELIVERED, not when beef is ordered. At the time of invoicing, you will also be notified of your delivery date at the location you choose.

We raise our cattle out on open pastures to produce the most nutritious and flavorful pasture raised beef you will ever taste. Grain-finished cattle, like grass finished, spend the majority of their lives eating grass and forage in pastures. When beef is grain-finished, cattle are free to eat a balanced diet of grain, local feed ingredients, producing the most amazing and flavorful marbling.

Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.
LOCAL PICK UP OR DELIVERY WITHIN NC: A quarter beef is sold by the handing weight at $7.50/lb. Once you beef goes into processing the actual weight will be confirmed and you will be invoiced for the balance, less your deposit.
FOR SHIPPED PRODUCT: We offer a flat rate quarter beef for $1260 shipped frozen to your front door. A shipped quarter beef is 90-100 of actual packaged product and not sold by hanging weight. Once your beef goes into processing, you will be invoiced of $790.
